No, you don't need to be home. Our service is designed to be completely hands-off for you. We'll move your bins according to your collection schedule, whether you're home or not.
We offer three service tiers:
Our bin cleaning service includes a thorough cleaning of your trash cans once a month. We use eco-friendly cleaning products and high-pressure water to remove dirt, grime, and odors from both the inside and outside of your bins. This helps keep your bins fresh and prevents unpleasant odors.
The number of bins we service depends on your plan tier. Basic Tier includes up to 2 bins, Premium Tier includes up to 4 bins, and Elite Tier includes unlimited bins. Additional bins for Basic Tier customers are available for $5 per bin per month.
We keep track of all holiday schedule changes for trash collection in Omaha. Our team will automatically adjust your service to match any changes in the collection schedule, so you don't have to worry about it.

Yes! We offer a 15% discount for annual payments. For example, if you choose the Basic Tier at $24.99/month, you would pay $254.90 for the year instead of $299.88, saving you $45.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) for both monthly and annual payments. Payment is processed securely through our website.
There is no long-term contract required. For monthly payments, you can cancel at any time. For annual payments, you commit to a full year of service, but we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee if you're not satisfied with our service.
We move bins to the curb the evening before your collection day, typically between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM. This ensures your bins are ready for early morning collection.
We return your bins to their designated location on your property after the trash has been collected, typically between 12:00 PM and 6:00 PM on your collection day.
Yes! During the signup process, you can specify where you want your bins placed when they're not at the curb. You can also add special instructions for our team to follow.
You can pause your service at any time through your account dashboard. Just log in, go to your subscription settings, and select "Pause Service." You can specify the dates you'll be away, and we'll automatically resume service when you return. Elite Tier customers can activate "Vacation Mode," and we'll continue to monitor and handle your bins while you're away.
You can update your account information at any time by logging into your account dashboard. From there, you can update your contact information, billing details, service preferences, and more.
To change your service plan, log into your account dashboard, go to the "Subscription" section, and select "Change Plan." You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time, and the changes will take effect on your next billing cycle.
We're sorry to see you go! To cancel your service, log into your account dashboard, go to the "Subscription" section, and select "Cancel Subscription." You can also contact our customer support team for assistance with cancellation.
To update your payment information, log into your account dashboard, go to the "Billing" section, and select "Update Payment Method." You can add a new card, remove an existing card, or change your default payment method.
If your bins weren't moved to the curb as scheduled, please contact us immediately through your account dashboard or by email at contact@binspinners.com. We have an early morning team that can address these issues before collection time.
If your bins weren't returned after collection, please contact us at contact@binspinners.com. Our team will address the issue as soon as possible. You can also report the issue through your account dashboard.
If you didn't receive your text alert, first check that you have text alerts enabled in your account settings. If they are enabled but you're still not receiving alerts, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
We monitor weather conditions closely and will still provide service during most weather conditions. However, in cases of extreme weather (severe storms, blizzards, etc.) that might delay trash collection, we'll adjust our service accordingly and notify you via text or email.
