We offer three service tiers:

  • Basic Tier ($24.99/month): We move your bins to and from the curb weekly, serve up to 2 bins, and provide SMS/Email notifications and service reminders.
  • Premium Tier ($39.99/month): Includes everything in Basic plus service for up to 4 bins, priority scheduling, light bin area cleanup, and missed day rescheduling.
  • Elite Tier ($64.99/month): Our luxury option includes everything in Premium plus unlimited bins, monthly bin cleaning, photo proof of return, personalized scheduling, and "Vacation Mode" service.

What does the bin cleaning service include?

Our bin cleaning service includes a thorough cleaning of your trash cans once a month. We use eco-friendly cleaning products and high-pressure water to remove dirt, grime, and odors from both the inside and outside of your bins. This helps keep your bins fresh and prevents unpleasant odors.

How many bins can you handle?

The number of bins we service depends on your plan tier. Basic Tier includes up to 2 bins, Premium Tier includes up to 4 bins, and Elite Tier includes unlimited bins. Additional bins for Basic Tier customers are available for $5 per bin per month.

What if my collection day changes due to holidays?

We keep track of all holiday schedule changes for trash collection in Omaha. Our team will automatically adjust your service to match any changes in the collection schedule, so you don't have to worry about it.

What time do you move the bins to the curb?

We move bins to the curb the evening before your collection day, typically between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM. This ensures your bins are ready for early morning collection.

What time do you return the bins after collection?

We return your bins to their designated location on your property after the trash has been collected, typically between 12:00 PM and 6:00 PM on your collection day.

Can I specify where I want my bins placed?

Yes! During the signup process, you can specify where you want your bins placed when they're not at the curb. You can also add special instructions for our team to follow.

What if I need to pause service temporarily?

You can pause your service at any time through your account dashboard. Just log in, go to your subscription settings, and select "Pause Service." You can specify the dates you'll be away, and we'll automatically resume service when you return. Elite Tier customers can activate "Vacation Mode," and we'll continue to monitor and handle your bins while you're away.

How do I update my account information?

You can update your account information at any time by logging into your account dashboard. From there, you can update your contact information, billing details, service preferences, and more.

How do I change my service plan?

How do I cancel my service?

We monitor weather conditions closely and will still provide service during most weather conditions. However, in cases of extreme weather (severe storms, blizzards, etc.) that might delay trash collection, we'll adjust our service accordingly and notify you via text or email.
